I work 1:1 with CPOs, VPs of Product, and senior PMs who are navigating the hard stuff — stepping into bigger roles, leading through ambiguity, figuring out why their team isn’t clicking, or untangling the mess that comes with growth, acquisitions, and competing priorities. I also work directly with companies on product strategy, alignment, and getting teams unstuck.
Coaching
I coach senior product and tech leaders who’ve hit a ceiling they can’t quite name. Maybe you’re holding back when you should be pushing forward. Maybe you’re running a team but haven’t made the shift from doing the work to leading it. Maybe the job changed and nobody told you.
I don’t do passive. We’ll get into the real stuff — how you show up, what’s actually driving your decisions, where the gap is between what you want and what you’re doing. You’ll leave every session with something concrete to act on.
Consulting & Workshops
I help companies find alignment when there’s ambiguity, complexity, or too many priorities pulling in different directions. I’m typically brought in when something isn’t working and nobody can agree on why — scattered roadmaps, misaligned teams, a strategy that exists in someone’s head but not on paper.
I’ll work alongside your team: running workshops, reviewing your product processes, coaching your PMs, and asking the questions everyone’s been avoiding. The goal is always clarity, momentum, and a team that knows where it’s going and why.
What I bring
I’ve been building products for over 15 years. I co-founded ProdPad and Mind the Product. I’ve worked with startups pre-product-market-fit and enterprises mid-transformation. I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and what people tell themselves when they’re avoiding the real problem.
I bring all of that into the room — not as theory, but as lived experience. And I’ll be honest with you, even when it’s uncomfortable, because that’s where the good stuff happens.
