I’m Janna Bastow. I’ve spent the last 20+ years building products, companies, and communities in the product management space.
I’m co-founder and CEO of ProdPad, a product management platform used by teams worldwide. Before that, I co-founded Mind the Product (ProductTank) and ProductCamp London — communities that helped shape how product management is practiced globally.
These days, alongside ProdPad, I coach senior product and tech leaders through the hard transitions — stepping up, leading through complexity, and figuring out the stuff that frameworks don’t cover. I also consult with companies on product strategy and team alignment, particularly during growth, post-acquisition, or when there are more priorities than clarity.
I’m a Canadian in Brighton, a conference speaker, and a connector of people across the product and startup world.
